RSSMerger v0.4

I just released version 0.4 of RSSMerger which features the following changes:

• Added copyright and GPL notices to source.
• Added a –version option
• Fixed a bug which caused RSSMerger to crash on feeds containing empty title tags. Thanks to Jeroen Leijen.
